Item v6166 ... Price: $169 SOLD
A fabulous late 1950's/early 1960's cocktail dress in black nylon chiffon flocked with a pattern of dancers and topped with a subtle hint of glitter. Fitted, sleeveless bodice with gathered taffeta waistband. Dress has a full skirt (shown here with a crinoline (not included and hangiong out in the photos... sorry!). Rear metal zipper (fully functional but dresss was too snug for form). Lined in peachy beige acetate.
Size: (need help with your measurements? click here)
33" bust, 23" waist, free hips. Approximately 41" from shoulder to hem.
Condition: In good, wearable condition. The outside of the dress looks good with the exception of some holes in the waistband (largest about the size of a pea) and dust spots in the taffeta waistband (I think a few tack stitches could be strategically placed to hide the holes), however the lining is quite stained and discolored (if you look closely you may be able to see it outside the dress in a few places, but overall it isn't too visible outside).
