Item v6182 ... Price: $229 A stunning 1950's prom dress in a dark rosey tan tulle lined in apricot acetate. Metallic/shot taffeta fitted bodice with pointed waist and gathered tulle bust inset. VERY full skirt is a layer of fine gauge tulle over a layer of heavier gauge tulle (shown here with a crinoline... not included). Dress has a matching sheer tulle shoulder wrap which snaps into the bodice... the wrap is actually a bit different than most found in this type of dress as it actually has arm holes. Dress has a rear metal zipper and the bodice is boned. The bodice is only partially lined, though the skirt is fully lined. No labels (possibly home made but VERY well done if that is the case). Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 34" bust, 25" waist, free hips. Approximately 42" from underarm to hem. Condition: In good condition. One small (slightly smaller than a pea) hole in the tulle on the rear of the skirt. One of the hanger straps inside the bodice has become detached (not an issue I guess).
