FANTASTIC Ivory & Blue Vintage Ball Gown Item v6191 ... Price: $215 SOLD A fantastic late 1950's/early 1960's ball gown in ivory and sky blue nylon. Fitted, pleated, heart shaped strapless bodice. Gown has an AMAZINGLY full ruffle topped skirt with an attached crinoline (shown here with a small hoop... not included). Dress has a side metal zipper and is lined in blue acetate. Bodice is boned. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 32" bust (taken in), 24" waist, free hips. Approximately 52 1/2" from underarm to hem. Condition: In good condition. A bit of unevenness at the hem. This has been cleaned but some smudging remains above the hem. A pea sized hole under the corner of one of the ruffles at the rear right side of the skirt. Some pulled threads on the skirt seams. Tears in the attached crinoline (do not show outside the dress). Pleats in the ivory section of the bodice are hanging a bit loosely (not really an issue, but you might want to tack them if it bothers you).
