1960's Cocktail Dress: Black Velvet & Rhinestones ... $105  This dress has a simple yet SEXY shape. It features a halter style neckline accented with a rectangular block of rhinestones. Made from what feels like silk velvet. Rear metal zipper. 38" bust, 36" waist, 40" hips. Approximately 41" long. In very good condition, but has a very small, faint bit of shine under the arms (it is very difficult to see, but I always try to disclose absolutely everything no matter how minor).
