Item v6266 ... Price: $375 SOLD A SUPERB 1950's wedding gown in light ivory (almost white) cotton organdy with lace and ric-rac trim. Fitted, short sleeved bodice with wide "V" neckline and basque waist. Ivory acetate band at sides/rear of waist as well as a bow/sash at the rear. Dress has a fabulously full skirt (shown here with a small bridal hoop... not included... hoops are available at modern bridal shops, though). Rear metal zipper. Bodice is boned. Attached strapless acetate liner. "Will Steinman Original," label. Dress comes with the matching organdy/lace and ric-rac head piece (has a veil attached but it is torn so you will need ro replace it). Headpiece is labelled, "Best & Co." Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 36" bust, 26" waist, free hips. Approximately 59 1/2" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. The previous owner hand soaked the gown... a very slight hint of yellow remains in the gathers above the hips. Could use a prof. pressing but otherwise lovely.
