Item v6404 ... Price: $190 SOLD
A charming early 1950's embroidered cotton eyelet party dress originally worn as a graduation dress (in 1952 or 1953 I think). Semi-sheer bodice with cuffed short sleeves and "V" neckline. Dress has a full, gathered skirt (shown here with a crinoline... not included). Attached strapless acetate liner. Side metal zipper. "Emma Domb California," label.
Size: (need help with your measurements? click here)
35" bust, 25" waist, free hips. Approximately 46 1/2" from shoulder to hem.
Condition: In good condition. Nice and fresh... looks like the previous owner either did a nice job hand cleaning or had it professionally hand cleaned. The only issues are two brown pin dots in the gathers below the waist, a light yellowy spot on the rear waist near the zipper placket, a tiny pin hole just below this spot and a pea sized light yellowy spot at the rear hem.
