Strapless bodice with scalloped edge and yellow acetate waistband. Dress has a super full tiered skirt with an attached crinoline (shown here with an additional crinoline... not included). Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 33 1/2" bust, 24" waist, free hips. Approximately 39" from underarm to hem. Condition: In good condition. Not sure what color the flocking was originally meant to be... could be it was white, could be it was always cream... I don't know.
