Dress has an INCREDIBLY full ruffled tulle skirt in alternating panels of blue and white tulle. Dress has an additional tulle underlayer for fullness... it was shown here with a crinoline (not included), but you barely need an additional crinoline with this one (it almost stands up by itself it is so full). Rear metal zipper. Lined in shimmery ivory satin. Bodice is boned. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 33" bust, 27" waist, free hips. Approximately 40" from underarm to hem. Condition: In good condition. Freshly cleaned. There is a small separation in the tulle at the rear waist.
