"V" neck has a band of blue nylon and a band of pink nylon trim. There is a slot in the top of each shoulder... wondering if there may have been a tie/ribbon there... can't see it unless you pull on the shoulder seam. Dress has a full skirt (shown here with a crinoline... not included). Side metal zipper. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 37" bust, 27" waist, free hips.
