BOMBSHELL Black Satin 1940's Cocktail Dress w/ Matching Jacket Item v6754 ... Price: $215 SOLD A FABULOUS late 1940's dress in a nice medium weight shimmering black satin. Fitted, elongated, cuffed bodice with thin straps and a pointed waist. Dress has a straight skirt with fabulously pleated and draped hips. Rear metal zipper. Matching boxy jacket with shoulder pads and cuffed long sleeves closes up the front with self fabric buttons. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 37" bust, 29 1/2" waist, 40" hips. Approximately 46 1/2" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. Some abrasion to the satin at the rear right hip. A few other scattered scuffs to the satin. Tiniest bit of seam stress. The jacket has quite a few scuffs/abrasions particularly on the back. Jacket also has some iron shine around the edges. The button loops on the jacket are a bit fuzzed at the edges.
