Item v6764 ... Price: $139 A really unusual 1950's cocktail dress in a light tan (very yellowy tan)popcorn textured acetate. The dress doesn't fit the form properly so it doesn't look nearly as cool as it should in the pics. Fitted bodice with thin straps and set in waist. Dress has a full, balloon hemmed skirt underlined in cheesecloth (shown here with a thin petti, but could have used a much fuller crinoline... not included). Bodice is boned. Side metal zipper. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 33" bust, 23" waist, free hips. Approximately 47 1/2" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. Although it was recently cleaned by the previous owner, there are still some faint spots and faint yellow mottling. There are a few sections where the popcorn sticthing is breaking/pulling. The cheesecloth under the skirt is limp.
