White Floral Ceil Chapman 40's Evening Gown Item v711 ... Price: $350 SOLD  A wonderful gown, but a bit odd for Ceil Chapman in my experience (the first time I have ever seen a Ceil Chapman in such a bold print). Regardless, it is quite striking. White rayon background with a bold mulberry, yellow and green floral pattern. Very classic 40's evening gown shape, until you take a closer look at the hem, which is pulled into lovely drapes with grosgrain ribbons on the inside. 6" slit at back of neck with button closure. Matching self belt with a molded leaf buckle. Side metal zipper. Black and white Ceil Chapman tag at waist. 36" bust, 28" waist, 40" hips. Approximately 58" long.
